Q) Do I have to create a login and password to order from Playnasium.com?
A) Absolutely not. We believe that this would unnecessarily complicate the buying process and waste valuable football-playing/watching time.
Q) I'm having problems adding items to the shopping basket?
A) Your browser must be set to accept 'cookies' to be able to order from our website - this is probably the cause of your problem.
Q) Is ordering online safe?
A) Yes, very. All card transactions placed via this website are processed through WorldPay (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group), who use "a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data." Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. A) We can accept payment by cheque (made out to Playnasium.com), but if paying by this method please take into account that it will take several days for a cheque to clear after we have received it and we will not dispatch until the cheque has cleared. Any item/s ordered will not be reserved until your cheque is received.
Q) Can you supply a pro forma invoice in advance for a school purchase?
A) No problem - just e-mail or phone us with your requirements.
